An earthy theme to compliment the façade of the residence was achieved using a combination of natural stone cladding, pre-cast pavers and timber.
Working with a confined area the project required segmentation of small areas into functional and flowing theme areas. The entrance use of timber and rock cladded pillars for the feature fence frames the formal pre-cast paving to the entrance of the residence sets the theme used throughout.
The narrow side area supports a water featured patio area leading to a feature deck and planting area entering the BBQ and relaxation area at the rear of the garden. Synthetic grass and minimal plant is featured in the front garden to create a groomed appearance and minimum maintenance.
To compliment the grandeur and elegance of the 2 story property, expansive areas of lawn, crazy paved paths and rockery gardens were used.
The clean lines and minimal product mix ensures an elegant and timeless result.
The side patio area has used the same natural stone product used in the path areas but in a formal tiled pattern. The area is flanked by screening plants and features a dominant water feature.
Garden lighting has been implemented to ensure features of the project are transformed from day viewing into the evening with equal elegance.
The expanse of common areas at the school site required extensive paving works to meet a variety of levels and applications.
From the extensive stair entrance from street level to the common area at the lower level, urban stone concrete pavers were used creating formal lines creating areas both functional and visually pleasing.
Complimenting the hard-scapes, mass plantings have been used to frame the paved areas and walkways.
Implementation of synthetic sports field was the basis of this project.
The main sports area provides a multi-function area to suit a variety of sporting applications including football, cricket and soccer on the central green turf play area. Two multi functional tennis courts adjoin the sports area and both are bordered with an exterior two lane running track.
The open area promenade consists of multi formed concrete pre-cast pavers. the contrast of shapes and colours provide a diverse and interesting area for visitors to the area. Pavers were laid in accordance to architectural plans. The variety of changes in shapes, textures and colours stimulates the senses as you make your way along the promenade.
Paving of the main street vehicle and pedestrian area in Broadmeadows consisted of a variety of concrete pre-cast and permeable pavers. The use of a variety of colours, textures and shapes provide a visually impressive landscape of the area for both pedestrians and vehicle traffic. Pavers were laid in accordance to architect plans.
This project required a complete makeover of the front play area of the school, landscaping of along pathways and excavation and reinstatment of a play safe area under existing play equipment and ornimental pond. The front landscapes incorporate the use of synthetic grass for both green areas and school logo which surround the dedication pavers area defined by the sweeping rendered wall and sandstone paving walkway. Synthetic grass was also incorporated along the pathways to proved a maintenace free landscape both functional and pleasing to the eye. The play equipment area has sytrhetic grass areas surrounding wet pour rubber fills in fall areas. Materials in this area have been laid on a bed of rubber impact matting to ensure safety for the children. The ornimental pond becomes a focal point in the small landscaped garden courtyard area beteen buildings.
